The EtherBears is a NFT collection featuring unique pixellized bears created by the account EtherBear on opensea.
The project is described as “a happily grizzly bear named Ether [who] has his world turned upside down after he meets NFT world. It turns out that Ether can be different from other forest bears: wearing clothes, smoking cigarettes and doing whatever he wants”.
As of today (August 21), around 890 EtherBears have been already minted out of a projected total of 5000. The first one (sold on August 11 for 0.3 ETH) was minted on March 19, 2021.
It is worth noting that EtherBears #1 to #265 are handcrafted and unique, while starting from EtherBear #266, only automatically generated bears with prescribed properties are minted.
According to NFT stats, 41 EtherBears NFT were sold in the last 7 days for a sales volume of $3.39k and a average price of $82.6.
On opensea, total volume traded is 3.8 ETH
The collection seems to be picking momentum, with 19 sales per day on average in the last two days, compared to 1 or 2 sales on average per day until then.
