The collection features skeletal apes with a great variety of unique properties.
All NFTs were automatically generated with a unique combination of 7 properties: background, bones, clothes, eyes, hat, mouth and superpower, each one with several different possibilities.
Of course, certain traits are much rarer than others, providing added value.
All NFTs were dropped on August 15, 2021 at 9 PM est. The project’s website claims that all 10,000 NFTs were sold out at 0.03 ETH each.
The project seems rather well elaborated, with a website, a Twitter account with more than 16.5K followers, and an active Discord server.
According to its website, the team behind the Wicked Ape Bone Club project is comprised of four individuals: “DigitalDaVinci”, Creative Director, “Shadow”, Developer and “The Heisenberg” and “Matthew”, Artists. They do not provide further information on themselves, at least on their website.
According to the project’s roadmap, “wicked apes will buy plots of land in sandbox and develop an estate over time where apes can conjoin to enjoy the metaverse together”, some exclusive merchandise and “wicked hounds” will be airdropped to all wicked ape holders. However, there is no information on the projected date for these further steps.
According to nft-stats.com, on August 21, 2021 Wicked Ape Bone Club NFTs were sold 7958 times in the last 7 days, for a sales volume Wicked Ape Bone Club ofwas $3.01M, and an average price of $378.
On opensea, Wicked Ape Bone Club has already reached a traded volume of 963 ETH as of August 21, 2021.
